1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing A1Asset, connecting a wallet, or uploading assets, you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital Asset Management Services
- Asset Ownership: You retain ownership of uploaded media. You grant A1Asset a limited license to host and process files solely to provide the service.
- Prohibited Content: Do not store or mint content involving illegal acts, exploitation, hate speech, or IP infringement.
3. Blockchain Interactions
- Non-Custodial Nature: A1Asset never controls your wallet or private keys.
- Gas Fees: Network gas fees are paid to blockchain networks and are non-refundable.
- Irreversibility: Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by A1Asset.
4. Intellectual Property & DMCA
We respect IP rights and respond to valid takedown notices. By minting, you represent you own or are authorized to tokenize the related IP.
5. Limitation of Liability
Read Carefully
To the maximum extent permitted by US law, A1Asset is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Smart contract bugs or exploits on public blockchains.
- Volatility in digital asset values.
- Regulatory actions affecting token legality.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
