At A1Asset ("we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and protect the personal information you share while using our DAM and blockchain services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email, and organization details used during registration.
Asset Metadata: Titles, descriptions, stems, and tags attached to uploaded media.
KYC/AML Data: For regulated services, we may collect identity and address proof to remain compliant.

2. Blockchain & Wallet Data

Wallet Addresses: Public wallet keys are stored when you connect to dashboards.
On-Chain Activity: We index public transactions tied to connected wallets for history views.
Immutability: On-chain records cannot be deleted or altered once finalized.

3. US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California and other US states grant rights including:

Right to Know: Request categories of personal data we collected.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of off-chain personal data where legally permitted.
Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of behavioral advertising use cases.

4. Data Security

Off-chain systems use AES-256 encryption. You are responsible for securing private keys and seed phrases. A1Asset never takes custody of private keys.
