How we collect, store, and process personal and blockchain-linked data.

Note for US Users: This policy includes disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state regulations relevant to blockchain interactions.

At A1Asset ("we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and protect the personal information you share while using our DAM and blockchain services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, and organization details used during registration.
  • Asset Metadata: Titles, descriptions, stems, and tags attached to uploaded media.
  • KYC/AML Data: For regulated services, we may collect identity and address proof to remain compliant.

2. Blockchain & Wallet Data

  • Wallet Addresses: Public wallet keys are stored when you connect to dashboards.
  • On-Chain Activity: We index public transactions tied to connected wallets for history views.
  • Immutability: On-chain records cannot be deleted or altered once finalized.

3. US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California and other US states grant rights including:

  • Right to Know: Request categories of personal data we collected.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of off-chain personal data where legally permitted.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of behavioral advertising use cases.

4. Data Security

Off-chain systems use AES-256 encryption. You are responsible for securing private keys and seed phrases. A1Asset never takes custody of private keys.
